Is a gym membership required to train at Lakeside?

The studio space is reserved exclusively for our personal training clients. A minimum of one session with your trainer allows you access to the facility and amenities during all hours of operation. There are no costs or fees above and beyond the cost of working with your trainer.

How long is a training session?

All sessions at Lakeside are one hour in duration.

Do you offer a corporate fitness membership?

Yes we do! All corporate members enjoy a 10% savings on their company’s customized fitness program.

Do you offer fitness classes or boot camps?

We offer customized  fitness classes for our corporate members.  Small group training is also available upon request. (4-6 participants)

How do I get started?

Simply contact us and we will book you in for a complimentary consultation at your convenience. We will conduct a thorough health history screening, discuss your fitness and wellness goals and get you booked in for your first session!

How often should I work one on one with my trainer?

Typically our clients will work with their trainer 1-3 times per week for best results.

Will you help me with my diet and nutrition?

Yes. We develop nutritional programs for all of our clients.  They are specific to the needs of the individual and we implement a system that delivers immediate results.
